A young couple about to be married at the Nesterval hotel find out just in time that they are in fact brother and sister. The arrival of Prince(ss) Ninetta, disguised as a young man, confuses things even more. Greatly admired by all, both as a man and as a woman, Ninetta suddenly disappears.
