Joachim Rigler was born in 1990 in Lower Austria. During his studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, he began working as a freelance singer, guitarist, and composer. Vocal music is at the core of his creative work and runs through most of his projects. He can be heard and experienced in concert primarily as part of the band Gesangskapelle Hermann, as well as in the recently founded songwriter duo Ana Schena Ois Da Aundare and the performative vocal trio Wientaler Dreigesang.
In the field of (musical) theater, he has collaborated with the Aktionstheater Ensemble, performed at the Akademietheater, and is currently involved in the children’s musical theater series Sebastian und das Tontelefon at the Vienna Musikverein.
