Evamaria Mayer completed her dance training at the same time as studying musicology and theater studies at the Universität Wien. At the same time, she already danced in operetta, musical and opera productions.
Since 2015, she has been working as a choreographer for musical, operetta and dance theater productions in Austria, Germany and Hungary.
Her most recent work has taken her to the Musiktheater Linz (“Die Fledermaus”), the Wuppertal Opera (“Cinderella”), the Lehár Festival Bad Ischl (“Madame Pompadour”), the Dortmund Opera (“Die Lustige Witwe”), the Wiesbaden State Theatre (“Gräfin Mariza”) and the Graz Opera (“Anatevka”).
