“Whether I'm acting in a play, making a film, giving a reading or doing my solo programs, I'm always telling people a story - so I'm a storyteller!” she says about herself.

Stemberger is artistic co-director of the HIN & WEG theater festival in Litschau. For many years, she was chairwoman of the board of Integrationshaus in Vienna. In 2020, she founded the initiative “Courage - Courage for Humanity” together with friends. In spring 2023, her first book was published by Moldenverlag Courage.
