
Özlem Bulut is an internationally renowned musician and singer. She was born in Turkey and studied music at Mersin University and Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul before completing her master's degree in opera singing in Vienna. She then began working at the Volksoper Vienna and performed at renowned houses such as the Vienna State Opera and the Opéra Bastille in Paris.
In addition to her classical vocal training, she has worked intensively with traditional music and crossover styles. With her ensemble, the Özlem Bulut Band, she combines oriental and western sounds, fusing traditional Anatolian music with modern pop, jazz and electro elements. Her music is characterized by her powerful voice and socially committed lyrics.
She has released several albums and has won the Austrian World Music Competition and the Austrian Mia Award for “Most Successful Woman”, among others. Her concerts have taken her around the world, where she inspires audiences with her unique blend of cultures and musical styles.
